Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

 

www.violaclinic.com (also referred to as "violaclinic.com" or "Website" or "We") is a property of GLENYS MEDICAL SERVICE LLP. We do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:

We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify www.violaclinic.com Customer Support immediately or within 10 working days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that www.violaclinic.com will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 10 working days of receipt. Refund cannot be provided for earned fee because resources and man hours spent on delivering the service are non-returnable in nature. Further, we can't refund or credit any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order.

We also understand that various circumstances may arise leading you to want to return a product or products that are not defective. In these cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products after deducting a 20% restocking charge, ONLY if you notify us within 30 working days of receipt.

In case, you are not satisfied with our services (only services not for products) provided and want a refund then you have to inform us only in writing at glenysmedicalservice@gmail.com within 30 working days of availing the service(s). If refund is applicable a cancellation fee of 50% + fee paid to government would be applicable and the balance amount will be credited in your account.

Return Policy Exceptions

Please note that we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for the following product categories: Mask, Health Monitor & Equipments and Ortho Support. Also, www.violaclinic.com reserves the right to refuse returns (or refunds) for certain products, as marked in the respective product pages as "Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange."

Full Refund Possible only If:

  1. you received a defective item;

  2. the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;

  3. the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date;

  4. the ordered items(s) is delivered wrongly


Please Note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by NMS Wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

If you want to change the service or products you booked online for a different one, you must request this change of service within 3 working days. In case of change of service or cancellation of products or service within 3 working days, the cancellation fee would not be applicable.

If you want to cancel the service or products you booked online after 3 working days then the cancellation charges will be applicable. A cancellation fee of 25% + fee paid to the government would be applicable and the balance amount will be credited in your account.

Since we're incurring costs and dedicating time, manpower, technology resources and effort to your service or product delivery, our guarantee only covers satisfaction issues caused by www.violaclinic.com not changes to your situation or your state of mind. Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make the best effort to complete the service.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, simply email us your order details to glenysmedicalservice@gmail.com, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service. Please do not send your purchased products back to the manufacturer.

To return or exchange your product, you should send the product only to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 
Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or wrong items.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at glensmedicalservice@gmail.com

Factors Outside our Control

We cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your particular services or products. Similarly, we does not guarantee the results or outcomes of the services rendered by our health experts or products promoted or sold  on www.violaclinic.com. Problems like these are beyond our control and are not covered by this refund policy.

Force Majeure

we shall not be considered in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force Majeure Event").
